It says they're in my Program Files, just when I check there I don't see them. I've looked everywhere from my programs files to my programs list to see if I tin can uninstall information technology, still can't find it.
Here is a pic of my Plan Files (x86) and the file is nowhere to exist seen.

ok so next stride is to rails downwardly that file. the commencement-up foler will tell y'all where the registry primal is that is loading. run regedit, navigate to this key and delete the key and whatever others associated with it. hopefully on the adjacent reboot, fifty-fifty if it tries to showtime up the reference will be gone and it'll just skip information technology. may also be a file path equally well you tin can follow and delete next.

Back up your registry before touching anything in it.

Try scanning in safety fashion, the virus won't be able to run unless y'all manually trigger it. Since it isn't showing upward anywhere it might be a rookit. If that'south the case, download a rootkit scanner/remover.

it seams to be mostly a browser plugin going by many names. encounter if anything on these lists appears on your organization.

I've pretty much done everything that folio suggests
It doesn't evidence upwardly in my programs files for uninstilation, and it isn't on my extensions listing for chrome. I'thou scanning with Malwarebytes once more and it found the aforementioned files again even after i deleted them. I yet have adware popping up everytime i get to newegg or amazon. Its even popped upward here.

try Microsoft/Sysinternals' "autoruns".....every bit long as the programme has not been granted 'higher than admin' potency, you should be able to terminate/suspend/delete it, equally long equally no rootkit is giving information technology the 'Lazarus act'.

check msconfig/startup tab and see if something there is set to start with the pc. uncheck information technology, and so reboot and try to delete it again.

check msconfig/startup tab and run across if something there is set to starting time with the pc. uncheck information technology, then reboot and try to delete it once again.

I found the detected files in the msconfig and when I uncheck them and restart my estimator and open up up chrome it says it tin't connect to the Proxy server. Then naturally I looked upward how to fix that and none of those solutions worked. It doesn't work until I re-select the detected file in msconfig here are a couple more pictures to evidence you

The Sdronsliolity file is the one that is being detected by malwarebytes and AVG. I have to keep that box checked or else I can't get online.

ok so adjacent step is to track down that file. the starting time-up foler will tell you where the registry key is that is loading. run regedit, navigate to this key and delete the key and any others associated with information technology. hopefully on the next reboot, even if it tries to start up the reference volition be gone and information technology'll merely skip it. may also be a file path as well you lot can follow and delete next.

how long has this been on the pc? some other choice to endeavour if it's only been a calendar week to 10 days or so would be to apply the system restore to take the computer back in fourth dimension to before this thing got there. this works some of the fourth dimension if information technology'due south contempo enough. restore should take back-ups going back over a month or more if needed. information technology won't mess with any personal files but will fix programs and such back in time. any program newer than the restore appointment will be removed. when reinstalling anything be VERY careful that it'southward not putting this thing back on again. never use the "express" or "recommended" install choice. always chose the avant-garde or custom method then you lot tin check for bloatware. honestly if the plan tries to sneak this type of malware on me i volition discover something else to utilize.

When all else fails for me I utilise a boot-time scan... Seems to exercise the trick when I have whatsoever bug that seem impossible to resolve.

I believe Avast antivirus offers a boot-fourth dimension scan even in the complimentary version!
